Thank you for stopping by The Painted Posie.  Most designs may be painted on either a white or black mailbox, except the horse boxes.  They are only done on white.  White mailboxes have a smooth surface, while the black have a ribbed surface. There are three sizes of boxes.  The standard size is T1, medium is T2, and the large is T3.  T3 is only available, at this time, in black. Please remember that some designs look better on one box color than on the other.

There are many uses for these mailboxes other than the standard use.  They can also be used as breadboxes, as a wedding shower gift, or used at the wedding to hold the cards.  Picture one done in the wedding colors in the center of the table.  You may also use them in the garden to store your gardening tools.

Each is created individually, not massed produced.  All boxes take 7 days from start to finish, so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.  All will be shipped via USPS.  Overseas orders will be the actual shipping cost, which will be emailed to you before the box is painted.
